Fr 4              there is no peace for me
my own troubles is moore
than I can bare to think
that after all my efforts
to gain some money, now
at this time all is lost, but
I shall keep trying let come
what will if I know my
self, it has rained quite hard
all day, weve naught to do

the charge made by Ben
Forman against Wm. Timber
man it was held by his requ
est. the charge was having co
mmited sodomy with Harlo
person. Jack Stinson & G, Miller
testimony was that he wan
ted to do the same with them
Westerland, Grubbs, Jomes
Lovejoy & myself were the com
mitty the charge will will be

Mo 7           Judgement was had aga
inst Hogan & I in favor of
Elliot. Hogan’s house and lot
was sold to satisfy a debt to
alford nothing doing
