id all night with us he has just
got up from below

worked on the hay press to day I went
to Boyingtons to get some bands m
ade for the press but had to go to Eliza
beth town to get them made but
they were too ig nothing more

found the snow about 12 inches
deep this morning new snow pa
took the bands to Boyingtons & got
them altered Moore & I hauled a
load of hay to starks & one to

Willmans rained & snowed all
day pretty steady but slow noth
ing more of interest to day

I started for home after getting
breakfast in the rain it rained on
me all of the way I stopped at our old
cabbin & found it had fallen in
from the snow being on it so m
uch of it rained still harder af
ter I got home nothing else to day

rained all day a little commen
ced piping but the water gave out
a little before noon & we quit we got
on a box at the lower end done no
wark in the evening a large rock
rolled down tot he head of the flu
m & broke a short box a little n
othing of interest to day
