I cut it we came home & got dinn
& took a yoke of oxen & hauled it in
also a tongue & hay pole a very pret

Pa Moore & I went out & split & cut
some wood & rails & hauled them
in on the sled hauled some wood
for the shoe makers also Dad came
by from the point in his way to
Elizabeth town. Frank Fox & Root
cam in after supper Frank staid
all night with us no more

Frank & I started for nelson
creek rode his mule & I walked
we got there a little after dinner
& took dinner with him & went
to the Bar nothing more to day
