[smeared] washed int he fore noon
[smeared] some planks finished with
[smeared] beef. Dad Sweeton &
[smeared] shoveled the snow out of the
flume. We pipe din the afternoon
a big stream came down the mou
[badly smeared] the boxes & broke them down
Ned finished the beef box after supper
staid about the house all forenoon &
we all went to the point about noon &
staid until night. Pa came over
past dark on his way to Mville
he staid all night at Rocky bar wi
th us then we saw 2 watches raffled
off at the point. F. Fox got one &
F Lacy the other nothing more to day
Pa & I left the bar after breakfast for the
point brooks & butts & stampy
started ith us at 8 1/2 oc for on

ion valley we met a couple of m
en nearly to the hog back on a snow
storm we arrived at onion valley
at nearly 12 oc we took diiner
& started with several others for
Gibsonville & got there a little of
4 oc & we staid all night saw Geor
ge Reynolds &c &c no more to day
Tus 2nd left Gibsonville after breakfast
& arrived at Robbit Creek about
11oc we took dinner & looked around
town a while & we started at half past
2 & got to the columbus house before
supper time Brooks Chrunky
& myself went up to see Irish halo
a while cloudy in the evening
nothing else to day we left
columbus house about 5oc
